All Involved is a 5-piece metal band based in London, UK that has been active since 2021. The band’s sound combines elements of progressive metal, melodic death metal, and groove-oriented metalcore. In late 2024, All Involved released their debut four-track EP, titled The Enemy Within, which was produced by the band’s original bassist.

Focusing on themes of internal conflict and personal agency, All Involved use their music to explore the psychological challenges of modern life. Having spent several years performing across various independent venues in the London area they have established a consistent presence in the local heavy music community. After some recent lineup changes, introducing a new drummer and vocalist, and also joining the London Metal Coalition All Involved are performing live shows while also writing new material.
